Guest Speaker: Emily Douglas – Emily attends Grace Fellowship and serves on the Women’s Ministry Connect Leadership Team. She also manages a victim/witness services office and lives in Brooklyn Park with her amazing husband and two stepsons. Emily is not shy about being a little overwhelmed and a lot warn out—especially this time of year.

Mental Health

Mindfulness is a hot topic these days, but it’s not a new practice. Scripture tells us there’s benefit to being mindful and meditating. Come learn how this practice can help you experience a deeper sense of God’s love and gain greater spiritual, mental and emotional strength.

Guest Speaker: Karin Lyon – Karin is a counselor, and has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology at Bethel University. She loves spending time on the North Shore with her family, volunteering at a therapeutic horseback  riding program, and doing anything on the water.
